Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected.
In this situation, we suggest you contact us as soon as possible and cancel the incorrect order.
Thereafter, we will confirm your order has been cancelled and refund you. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will have to contact the courier and ask them to return the package back to our warehouse. In some cases this is not possible and we recommend that you refuse delivery in order for it to be sent back to us.
